Overview:
We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join a leading dispute resolution team based in Glasgow.
Experience:
Managing a diverse caseload, including contract disputes, property disputes and professional negligence claims
Litigating in the Sheriff Court and handling alternative dispute resolution actions
Providing training and support to trainees and junior Solicitors
Skills:
Over 2 years post-qualifying experience in litigation
Strong advocacy and client communication skills
Excellent time management and commercial awareness
