Job Description

An unrivaled opportunity to join a specialist commercial litigation team in the heart of Glasgow currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and revitalization having recently appointed a further Senior Partner.

The Role: 

· Direct opportunity to work alongside a range of clients and disputes- ranging in both value, complexity and jurisdiction.
· Opportunity to be involved with a broad spectrum of litigious matters across contractual, property, insolvency and construction disputes.  
· Opportunity to supporting senior colleagues with advocacy across various courts and jurisdiction. 
· Opportunity to take a clear role to support the team/firm in business development matters. 

The Candidate:

· NQ-5PQE Solicitor 
· Previous background within a professional litigious environment- commercial, high value civil, professional negligence, real estate, construction disputes etc.  
· Ambitious, driven Solicitor with a keen eye for detail.
