Your role will involve independently handling a wide range of high quality dispute resolution matters including property litigation, general litigation and employment matters in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 4 years' PQE and have gained previous experience of working in a similar role. You will also have a solid understanding of court practice and procedures and be able to git the ground running.
You will be competent in managing your own busy workload whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
