Associate – Dispute Resolution – Edinburgh/Hybrid working – 4 - 6 years PQE
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Associate Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team. In this role, you will play a key part in handling complex cases and in providing strategic advice to high-profile clients from the public sector, corporate and commercial organisations and private individuals.
You will have a proven track record of successful outcomes in Dispute Resolution along with a background in handling a variety of litigation matters. This role will involve you handling a wide range of cases from contentious trust and executry to IP, contracts and insolvency work.
You will have the ability to manage cases from inception to resolution and conduct complex negotiations and represent clients in court as required. You will be client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
