Job Description

Joining their welcoming and highly-regarded team in Edinburgh, you will become a valued member of the team and be surrounded by a wealth of experience.

 

Your role will involve dispute resolution associate dealing with a broad range of contentious matters including - commercial disputes, property litigation and insolvency matters with a varied client base. You can expect to be involved in Sheriff Court and Court of Session actions, as well as ADR. There will also be an element of providing support to more junior members of the team.

 

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have 3+ years' PQE, have gained solid experience of handling a full spectrum of contentious matters and possess excellent technical skills.
