Our client is an international Legal500 law firm with offices across Scotland, Europe and worldwide and due to impressive growth, the thriving Glasgow team seeks a solicitor who has experience of handling defender industrial disease matters.
The firm deal with a variety of industrial disease claims including asbestos, asthma, hearing loss, cancer as well as work related back and arm injuries. Your role will include managing a caseload of pre-litigated industrial disease claims including asbestos related injuries, noise induced hearing loss, hand arm vibration syndrome and control of hazardous substance regulations related claims. There will also be an element of assistance to senior members of the team on more complex disease matters.

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have gained experience of dealing with disease related claims. You will also thrive working in a fast-paced and target driven environment.
