Digital Transformation Programme – Project Manager, Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12 months, £54,828 per annum
It is an exciting time to join the Law Society of Scotland. The digital transformation programme is a strategic programme delivering change across the organisation. There are a number of projects within the programme which include replacing our membership management database, HR system and case management system.

Key Responsibilities for this role
Ensure successful delivery of transformation projects e.g. Microsoft dynamics or HR system
Responsible for project planning and reporting on project progress to the project board and sponsor. E.g. resources, budget, deliverables and risk
Lead and motivate the project team and SME’s to ensure delivery meets project goals
Understand the needs of the organisation/project and apply the appropriate approach to support delivery with third party suppliers.
Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Excellent experience of delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and or HR systems
Formal project management certification e.g. Scrum or Prince 2
Good attention to detail and experienced in project reporting; highlight, RACI, budget, RAID, lessons learned.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Good communication skills and team leadership skills
Worked as a project manager for at least 5 years
