This is an interesting and extremely rare opportunity which is ideally suited to a senior level lawyer with at least 5yrs PQE who has been a fee earner within Banking & Finance, who has handled complex transactions at a higher level, and who would like to move into a consulting and training capacity in a role that can encompass both internal and external elements.

  • The precision of your service is exemplary, and you take pride in carrying out the highest quality of work.

Your Role

  • Part of one of the top law firms for Banking & Finance, you will work as a senior influence across the division in partnership with division heads. You will also work collaboratively with development lawyers across the firm’s other divisions.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing and supervising the division’s knowledge management and training at all levels, ensuring that the team are kept up to date with legal and market developments, and advising on how to generate opportunities and solutions within the market.
  • Support for delivering external client training events and acting as a client liaison between the clients and fee earners.
  • Undertaking tailored research; presenting at conferences, advising on law reform, writing blogs and articles.
  • An extremely highly valued position proving technical excellence and market insights throughout all knowledge management aspects.
