This forward-thinking law firm is currently recruiting for multiple Lawyers, specialising in insurance litigation, to join its growing team in Glasgow.

Job Description

The successful candidate can expect to handle a caseload of predominantly litigated, recoveries files and will also be asked to carry out Advocacy at procedural hearings, procedural hearings, debates and proofs.

Candidates should be at the NQ to 3 years' PQE level and possess knowledge or experience in Personal Injury Claims, preferably with a focus on Defendant work and/or previous experience in the insurance sector. However, applicants with a Pursuer background are also encouraged to apply.  The team require candidates who are confident in their own ability and willing to engage in public speaking. Previous experience of handling complex and sensitive claims would be beneficial.
