This is an excellent opportunity where you will be involved in a wide variety of work - advising on a full range of data privacy matters, including regulatory compliance, privacy impact assessments, data subject requests, contract remediation and GDPR compliance. You will also be assisting with data protection in a contractual/transactional context e.g. IT contracts and services agreements.
The successful candidate will have previous hands on experience on of advising on data protection matters, GDPR and drafting of privacy notices and data processor agreements. Any experience of FOI and exposure to the FS, IT, energy or public sectors would be highly desirable but, is not essential.
You will also be technically excellent, commercially minded and be passionate about data privacy.
