Data Protection Solicitor (4+ years')

Job Description

You will be involved in working with clients across a host of sectors and will be responsible for (not an exhaustive list); 

• Drafting and negotiating complex UK & international data processing agreements and data sharing agreements
• Creating and supporting the implementation of data protection compliance plans
• Facilitating Data protection impact assessments, legitimate interest assessment and transfer risk assessments and managing risk for new processing activities
• Mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team
• Playing an active part in team business development activities

The successful candidate will be qualified and ideally have gained at least 4 years' PQE in a similar position, though consideration may be given to those with slightly less PQE.
