Data Protection Solicitor - Glasgow City Centre

Eden Scott are currently recruiting for a Data Protection Solicitor.  This role would suit a solicitor with a strong background in data protection and technology with a particular focus on data projects, data protection and GDPR. Experience of international data transfers, drafting privacy notices, negotiating and drafting data processing, advising on agreements, client or patient information requests and marketing issues as well as a good understanding of upcoming regulatory changes in the data protection sphere is also required.

The role will involve the delivery of data projects for clients including advice on data and privacy matters to new and existing clients, such as compliance programs, GDPR implementation support as well as other advisory work.

This role will suit a Qualified Solicitor who is looking for an in-house opportunity, working with a large and fully supportive team.
