You will work within the costs team and work with partners and employees to provide clients with an in-house Law Accountancy service. Responsibilities of the role will include preparation of Judicial Accounts in accordance with the rules of court and the tables of fees set down by the Law Society of Scotland, preparation of Points of Objection and negotiating third party costs with external Law Accountants and Solicitors by correspondence, telephone, or face to face meetings.
As the successful candidate you will ideally have experience working in a similar role and have a strong understanding of Court of Session rules and Law Society of Scotland’s Tables and fees.
