Job Description

One of Scotland's large multi-site full-service commercial practices is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (NQ - 3 Years' PQE) to join its Aberdeen office.

This Legal500 Corporate team works closely with international businesses, SMEs, banks, entrepreneurs, banks, and investors while providing expert advice on Corporate & Commercial matters ranging from but not limited to M&A, restructuring, start/scale-ups, bank funding, equity investments, and commercial contracts.

From an early stage in this role, you will be given a good degree of autonomy and client-facing contact with the aforementioned transactions, working closely with Partners and other members of the team.

Your workload will consist of assisting with project management of transactions, drafting main transactional/complex legal documents, undertaking due diligence inquiries and undertaking/reviewing disclosure aspects of a transaction, assisting with CoSec matters, and being a key point of contact for clients.

This firm is ideally seeking a qualified solicitor who has either during their traineeship or as a post-qualified solicitor, gained Corporate or other good-quality transactional law experience, and wants to pursue a long-term career within this area of law in Aberdeen.

If you think you would be a good fit for this role, please apply via the link or contact Martin McGhee at G2 Legal.
