Primarily focusing on the Scottish market, your role will involve working with a wide variety of clients on various corporate transactions including - mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and joint ventures, that may have a UK or international element.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained corporate experience within a similar position and bring a positive "can-do" attitude, drive, energy and enthusiasm to the team.
