Are you a newly qualified corporate solicitor (NQ+) who is looking to kickstart their corporate career with a leading Legal500 offshore firm's internationally renowned and award-winning Corporate team based in Jersey in the Channel Islands?
 
This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor to gain exposure to a wide range of the highest quality and highest value complex domestic and international corporate matters at the very beginning of their career.
 
Your workload will include but will not be limited to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other equity funding, equity capital market transactions and joint ventures and other strategic alliances.
 
As the successful candidate, you will have ideally completed a traineeship seat within corporate, banking and finance or funds at a highly respected practice and will have stellar academics.
