Our client is currently looking to recruit a solicitor to join its corporate team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This role is suited to someone at the NQ-4 years’ pqe level who has corporate transaction experience. Your role will involve advising on investments, acquisitions and disposals along with shareholder arrangements and share incentivisation schemes. Flexible working is on offer.
