Our client, a global firm, is seeking corporate solicitor with between 1-5 years’ PQE to join its Glasgow office. The team specialise in M&A. Corporate Finance, Private Equity, AIM and Joint Ventures. The company is open to retraining if able to show a genuine desire in this area.
You will be involved in a range of high-profile work which includes cross border work and advise on the following: mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.
