Job Description

This growing firm is currently recruiting a to join its successful Corporate Team in Edinburgh.  The team advise specifically on M&A and investments and the ideal candidate will be interested in progressing their career in this area.

This is a varied role and your duties will include:

• Leading M&A transactions, re-organisations, and general corporate finance matters
• Working on private equity and venture capital deals
• Advising on commercial contracts and joint ventures
• Corporate Governance

To be considered for this role you should have between 4 – 6 years’ PQE in a similar role.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team that offer genuine career prospects and flexible working.
