This firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its corporate team in Edinburgh. Relevant corporate experience is required at the NQ – 8 years’ PQE level. A 2022 qualifier would be considered. You will be involved with a range of work including dealing with commercial company setup, M&A and restructuring as well as commercial contract and other commercial legal work. You should have a desire to be involved in business development and marketing strategies. Part-time and blended working would be considered.
