This full-service law firm is seeking a talented corporate solicitor to join its dynamic and ambitious team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Job Description

This is a full-time position, offering the chance to work on high-quality, complex transactions and build strong relationships with a diverse client base.

The firm is known for delivering exceptional client service across a wide range of sectors. With a strong reputation in corporate and commercial law, the team advises businesses from innovative start-ups to established corporates on matters including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, restructurings, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects involving intellectual property, technology, and data protection.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year’s PQE, who thrives on variety and enjoys working collaboratively in a forward-thinking environment. You will be encouraged to develop your expertise, contribute to the growth of the team, and engage with entrepreneurial clients on transactions that make an impact.

Hybrid working is available following initial training, and you will benefit from ongoing professional development and mentorship.
