You will join a team that provides a full-service offering and includes transactional experience across M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Public Company Takeovers, Private Equity, Structured Real Estate and Professional Practices. You will work on a variety of corporate matters including transactional and non-transactional work. To be considered for this role you should have at least 2 years’ pqe in a corporate transactional role.
