This is an exciting and varied role, and you will have exposure to high quality work which shall include matters such as corporate governance, company formations, corporate restructuring and company purchase and sales.
Ideally you shall have corporate law experience, however, applications are encouraged from candidates who are newly qualified, commercially astute and driven to add to the continuing success of the team in addition to those with up to 4 year’s post qualifying corporate/commercial law experience.
