- Advising clients on a range of complex high value matters
- Sales and acquisitions and general corporate work: M&A transactions, private equity, investments, reorganisations
- Providing corporate support to other teams
- A key role in business growth and developing client relationships

The Candidate:
- 4+ PQE
- Experience dealing with complex issues
