Eden Scott are recruiting a talented corporate lawyer for their client in the centre of Edinburgh.  You should have a minimum 2 year PQE to add to the corporate team, general corporate and commercial experience or corporate banking experience would be ideal.

The team provides a broad range of commercial, transactional and banking/funding services. The team provides advice to family and private businesses and individuals on a wide range of business law matters including corporate governance, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and business sales and purchase. You will manage in relation to corporate/commercial matters would cover advice primarily to family businesses, SMEs, high net worth clients and in connection with renewable energy projects.  

The work would include joint ventures, commercial contracts, business/company sales and purchases, banking advice, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, agency/distribution agreements, general commercial advice and reorganisation.


In providing advice to clients, this role will require working with our other legal, investment, financial planning and employment law experts to ensure that clients’ plans are properly integrated and fully considered.


The role requires the successful candidate to have the ability to provide an enhanced level of service to clients both internal and external. They are expected to be strong team players with sound commercial awareness and enthusiasm to develop their technical skills and legal career in a fast paced environment.
