Job Description

CORPORATE LAWYERS

3 To 6 years' PQE - Cayman Islands

We are looking to recruit high-calibre  corporate  lawyers with experience across a range of M&A, JV, PE/VC, corporate restructuring  and  corporate  finance  transactions  to  join our corporate and investment funds team. You should have excellent academics and either be admitted in the Cayman Islands or have a minimum of three years' PQE in a top level firm in a Commonwealth jurisdiction.

Working alongside our industry leading partners, you will  advise  a global  portfolio of clients on a range of general corporate and finance matters, as well as on the formation, structuring and financing of private equity and hedge funds.You can expect plenty of responsibility and client contact from the outset, and you will be encouraged to take an active role in business development and marketing.
