What an opportunity this is. Exciting and challenging work, joining an impressive team of leading professionals who advise upstream oil and gas clients in all aspects of exploration and production matters including operational issues, general contracting and asset restructuring.
In this role you shall provide support to the team and be involved in matters such as:
Advising all aspects of upstream operational contracts, including JOAs, transportation arrangements and decommissioning security agreements
Advising on diligence aspects of M&A transactions, which may also involve working with the wider energy team on non-Oil & Gas transactions
Advising on regulatory matters
Business development with clients and prospects
Assisting the Oil & Gas team in keeping up to date with legal and industry developments
Self motivated with previous post qualifying experience within energy or corporate/commercial law (minimum 1 year) you will be a driven and ambitious individual who is keen to learn and develop your skills within this fast moving area of law.
