In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships, as well winning new clients and business for the team.
Your role will consist of the highest-quality Corporate & Commercial matters, including M&A, investments, corporate structures, partnerships, cross-border joint ventures and complex private equity deals, acting for buyers, sellers, equity providers, targets and management teams. Exposure to AIM and capital market deals will also be available.
