Joining a Legal500 top tier international law firm who have an outstanding reputation, this particular opportunity will be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow where their well-regarded Corporate team seeks an additional associate/senior associate.

Job Description

You will join an experienced team and have excellent exposure to high quality matters including (not an exhaustive list) mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate governance and advisory work. There may also be an element of overseeing the work of more junior members within the team at a senior level.
