This is a busy firm and due to increasing volumes of work from their strong client base they are seeking two corporate lawyers and two commercial lawyers. Interested candidates should have at least 5 years’ PQE. The firm operates a digital practice and remote self-managed working is preferred. It has offices in Edinburgh and London. Candidates may be located anywhere.
The corporate roles will involve transactional corporate work. The commercial roles will cover work in regeneration projects, energy and construction, so experience in these areas is beneficial. Due to the international client base of the firm with a number of the firm’s clients being located outside Scotland, candidates who are Scots or English qualified are welcome.
