The successful candidate should be capable of managing their own caseload, liaising directly with clients and seeing through a conveyancing transaction from the outset to conclusion. We deal with a considerable volume of house purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of titles. ABOUT W&AS BRUCE:
W&AS Bruce were established in the early 1980’s. The head office, at that time, was based in Chalmers Street, Dunfermline. Over a number of years we have increased the number of branches, with offices now located in Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Dundee, Broxburn and Burntisland. Our main Dunfermline office is now located at 80 St. Margaret Street, Dunfermline within newly refurbished and modernised offices.
