The successful candidate should be capable of managing their own caseload, liaising directly with clients and seeing through a conveyancing transaction from the outset to conclusion. We deal with a considerable volume of house purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of titles. We pride ourselves on client care and any candidate should be friendly, approachable and willing to work as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be at least 5yrs +PQE. This role will offer long-term career progression for the right candidate.
We are a firm undertaking high-volume residential conveyancing, consisting of sales/purchases, transfers of title, as well as commercial transactions including commercial leases. Commercial conveyancing experience would therefore be advantageous but not essential, and Private Client experience, advantageous.
For the right candidate, the firm offers serious Partnership prospects. We offer a workplace pension and fee-related bonuses. Salary commensurate with experience.
