Job Description

Conveyancing & Private Client Solicitor  
 
Friendly High Street practice has an immediate opportunity for a conveyancing and private client solicitor to join.  Offering high quality work, predominantly residential conveyancing with a small amount of private client matters, this is a lovely opportunity in the hear of Perth and Kinross.

 
You will be joining a collaborative office where you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and supervising the work of a private client fee earner. 

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters providing legal advice in all areas of conveyancing, including: sales and purchase, new build, leasehold, freehold, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. You will also be involved with elements of a private client caseload including: wills, executries & POA. 

As a qualified Solicitor, you will need at least 2 years' PQE+ as a Conveyancing/ Private client Solicitor, and a desire to develop your career.

 

All members of the firm are set up to work from home and the office is able to operate in line with government guidance on social distancing.
