Are you a conveyancing paralegal considering a new role in North Ayrshire?
With the residential property market continuing to build pace my client, one of North Ayrshire's premier property law firms has a requirement for a conveyancing paralegal to assist with their rapidly increasing caseloads.
With client care a true focus for the firm you will take on a mixed caseload of purchase and sale transactions. This role has been created to assist within the firm at Partner level.
My client boasts a incredibly low staff turnover rate and this is in no small part due to previously mentioned client care ethos. In a property market where turnover is becoming increasingly important at what could be viewed as at the expense of the client this firm bucks the trend.
Ideally you will have at least 1 years' experience any perhaps a paralegal certificate. With a number of roles looking to be filled throughout two key departments everyone with a least six months proven conveyancing experience will be considered.
