You should have previous experience of managing residential conveyancing transactions which should include: registering deeds, checking title sheets, submitting LBTT returns, preparing discharge of mortgage and registering said discharge, preparing searches and other associated conveyancing matters.
You must have excellent communication skills, have the ability to work within tight deadlines without sacrificing quality of work.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years proven conveyancing experience as a Paralegal however consideration will be given to experienced legal secretaries who are looking to progress their career.
