In this position, you will be assisting the wider firm in managing the compliance, reputational, legal and commercial risks associated with client engagement terms, client pitches and audits and amendments to the firm's standard terms.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing a range of client-facing commercial contracts while delivering risk-sensitive advice, co-ordinate with each team within the business to provide practical and timely advice on contractual issues and assisting with global compliance policy, period audits and maintaining up-to-date client terms.
As the successful candidate, commercial contracts and or risk and compliance experience is required.
