We are looking for a proactive contracts administrator to join our growing legal and DP function comprising a small team of lawyers and DP specialists supporting the global business functions.

This position will provide support and assistance to Menzies in-house legal team in connection with the management of its contracts database ensuring compliance with internal procedures and standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out all administrative tasks in relation to customer, supplier and operational contracts in terms of the Menzies contracts database (Cobblestone).
  • Coordinate the registration of all new contracts to be reviewed by the Menzies in-house legal department.
  • Liaise with the legal, global commercial and operational teams to coordinate the collection of all historical live contracts into the contracts database.
  • Provide training to users outside the legal department.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team.

  • Notable experience of contracts management / administration environment.
  • Previous work with legal functions is desirable – may suit paralegal, legal administrator or contracts manager.
  • Fully computer literate with considerable experience using MS Office.
  • Demonstrable self-starter with role model organisational skills.
  • Thrives in team working environment with flexible approach and can-do attitude.
