Contentious Construction Solicitor (NQ+)

Job Description

Opportunity for a newly qualified contentious construction solicitor to join a leading Legal500 firm based in Glasgow.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and recognised Construction team who deal with some of the most complex and high value construction matters on the market. 
 
Working with a range of clients which includes developers, contractors, insurers and funders, this is an opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of contentious construction matters.
 
You will be involved in a range of dispute proceedings such as litigation, arbitration, mediation and adjudication. 
 
Your varied caseload will include reviewing and analysing all forms of construction contracts, compiling evidence from client papers and witness statements, drafting pleadings and submissions, negotiating settlements and making Court appearances.
