Job Description

This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a contentious construction solicitor (3-6 years') to join the Glasgow based Construction team of one of the UK's leading practices.
 
Joining a multi-award winning and ever expanding team, you will benefit from working alongside some of the most experienced construction solicitors in Scotland. You will gain exposure to an array of clients of the highest quality across a wide variety of sectors such as transport, healthcare infrastructure and real estate on all types of high profile and high value national and international contentious construction matters. 
 
The successful candidate will be involved in providing first-class and professional contentious construction advice to all clients, working on construction and engineering disputes in adjudication, arbitration and litigation and business development matters. 
 
You will have gained prior contentious construction experience gained in a comparable role and will be passionate about the construction industry.
