The Firm & Team:
- Top tier team
- Regularly instructed on the highest profile litigations in Scotland
- Cross - boarder litigation practice
The Role:
- Varied and challenging role
- Advising both public and private sector clients within the Construction and Engineering sector
- Involvement with mediations, adjudication, litigation and arbitration
The Candidate:
- 2 years PQE+
- Experience working within construction disputes
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
