Job Description

Join a dynamic law firm in Edinburgh who are renowned for excellence, providing top-tier legal services to corporate and individual clients. They stand out with their industry expertise and innovative solutions, fostering a collaborative culture.

 

This firm are now seeking a contentious construction solicitor with 2 years'+ PQE who is passionate about resolving construction disputes. Prior construction law experience is a plus, but is not essential. The firm are also open to commercial dispute resolution solicitors looking to specialise in construction. Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development are key.

 

Responsibilities

  • ?Represent diverse clients – employers, contractors, consultants, and insurers – in varied construction disputes
  • Offer guidance on construction dispute resolution, pursuing/defending claims in legal forums (Sheriff Courts, Court of Session, etc.) and advising on live projects

 

A hybrid working model is offered, combining remote work and office presence in Edinburgh.
