This firm are recognised both nationally and internationally as the leading adviser to the construction and engineering industries and for infrastructure and energy projects and have an unrivalled reputation in acting for contractors, project companies, developers, public bodies, funders and insurers.  

They are currently looking to recruit a talented construction and engineering disputes lawyer with 5 years plus PQE to join their Construction Advisory and Disputes team in Aberdeen.

The successful candidate would ideally come from a specialist construction disputes background, although candidates from a commercial litigation background may also be considered, particularly if that includes experience in energy disputes. Candidates with experience in offshore engineering and services disputes would be of specific interest, as would candidates admitted as solicitors in England and Wales.

Candidates must be technically excellent but, equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.  They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach and excellent communication and organisational skills.
