The firm is seeking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Construction & Projects (non-contentious) division in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The successful candidate will ideally have 4+ years’ PQE level with a positive attitude, a focus on quality and a determination to provide first-class service. The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiation of forward funding agreements, building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees etc.
The work involved will also include the negotiation of construction aspects of development agreements, agreements for lease and facility agreements; and assisting on projects work on a project-by-project basis.
