Are you a Litigation Solicitor with Contentious Construction Law experience looking for a new opportunity? I am looking to speak to experienced Litigation Solicitors with Construction disputes experience (2 years PQE+) to join this specialist Construction and Engineering team. This is a great opportunity to join an established and experienced team and assist with high profile construction disputes including employers, contractors, contracts and recoveries work . You will handle a mixed caseload of matters for a diverse range of clients. You will have some experience in construction work and be familiar with Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures. There is also the opportunity to be involved with cross-border work!
