Job Description

This international law firm is consistently ranked number 1 on a global scale for construction, energy and infrastructure and is currently recruiting for a "best in class" Associate to join the Construction and Disputes team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Applicants will have at least 4 years of PQE ideally gained in construction litigation, however strong commercial litigation experience will also be considered.

The successful candidate will have first class experience and will need to demonstrate a proven ability to successfully manage and run the day to day operation of construction cases as well as advising on construction issues in relation to live projects.

The role will focus on construction dispute work, using all forms of dispute resolution (including adjudications, Alternative Dispute Resolution, arbitration, international arbitration and litigation.

The group acts primarily across the Infrastructure and Energy sectors including renewables, conventional and oil & gas within the energy field.

The salary on offer is top rate in Scotland.
