Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has been created for an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes team within this international law firm, ideally based in Edinburgh but Glasgow or Aberdeen could be options too.

The team has a recognised expertise and track record in advising their clients in high value and complex litigations, arbitrations (both in the UK and internationally) and adjudications. Out with those dispute resolution processes, they are busy providing project advisory support - advising clients on claims as projects proceed. As trusted advisors to numerous UK and international companies, the disputes offering is highly rated both at home and abroad. From their Scottish offices, the team carries out work across the UK and internationally, providing the service that their clients need, where they need it.

This role would suit a Solicitor with at least 4-5 years of post qualifying experience who is a committed team player, commercially aware and self-motivated. You will have a sound background in advising clients on infrastructure, construction and/or energy disputes in different forums. Dual-qualification is an advantage but not essential.
