Due to business expansion, our client has a vacancy for an experienced solicitor within its Competition and Trade team. The role is based in Edinburgh and the ideal candidate will have at least 3 year’s PQE, with an EU law and/or public sector background. Public procurement experience is desirable.
The role will involve working on a range of matters including competition enforcement issues, merger control, public procurement, State Aid, and regulatory matters.
The role will involve advising on:
public procurement (both contentious and non-contentious)
State Aid
competition compliance
regulatory investigations
merger control
