The Role
This Competition practice works on the full spectrum of UK & EU competition matters, including complex litigation cases, investigations by competition authorities, merger control, foreign investment/National Security & Investment Act matters, competition compliance programs, and commercial arrangements.
This UK practice is part of a globally integrated competition practice which includes around 260 competition and antitrust specialists working across ten EU member states, alongside other competition experts in Africa, Asia, Australasia, Russia, CIS and the Caucasus, Turkey, the US and Canada.
This is an elite competition practice which regularly appears before the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority and the European Commission, representing clients across a range of sectors including energy, financial services, media, retail, transport and utilities.
