To provide and assist with Company Secretarial work on behalf of the firm’s clients
Deal with Companies House administration
Submit Annual Returns
Draft board minutes
Assist with Company Secretarial Administration work including share allotments/transfers of dividends
To be considered:
You will have a background in Company Secretarial work
Be experienced in dealing with Companies House and associated paperwork
Experience of Blueprint Software
Experienced in dealing with a variety of clients
Have a strong and confident manner and be a team player
