- Full range of Commercial and Data protection work across the UK and internationally, including:
- Data protection and FOI advisory projects
- Complex commercial contracts and IT outsourcing
- Digital and technology contracts
- Marketing, e-commerce and consumer engagement
- IP commercialisation and licensing
- Highly varied role, but will offer the opportunity to focus and specialise in a specific area if desired however
- FTSE 100 & 250 clients in sectors including:
- Retail and consumer
- Healthcare
- Financial services
- Transport and energy sectors
- Digital and sports practice
- Clear path for development and progression
- Business development opportunities
- Hybrid working (Office/home working)
The Candidate:
- 4-10 PQE
- Show enthusiasm for Commercial work
- Self-motivated and driven
- The ability to work well autonomously as well as in a team
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
